Family Foundations International

Missionaries to The Familes, Bruce and Cheri McLeod, offer 2-3 seminar experiences per year, in a ministry that teaches the power of Blessing. Blessing Generations, Ancient Paths, Overcoming Anger, and other semnar experiences are conducted at Living Rock Foursquare Church. Seminars occur Thursday and Friday evenings and on Saturdays.  The focus of the events is to facilitate the healing of wounded and broken hearts that have been ravished by generational consequences and mistruths, through teaching presentations and group interactions including prayer. Please contact Bruce and Cheri McLoud at cherimcl@gmail.com

Sunday school

Infants, Toddlers, and grades 1-6 attend classes after corporate worship.  Teaching and classroom-assisting serving opportunites abundantly exist. Our specific purpose is not to undermine parental authority to teach the bible to their children, but to support this effort by offering relevant and age applicable Bible teaching to all the children. Please contact Denise Johnson at denise.livingrock4sq@gmail.com

There is no active youth group at the time. The youth participate at our Stepping Stones Family Night, and the Sunday morning worship gathering.

Multiple opportunities exist to serve: For those with music and singing gifts and a passion to pursue God in both personal and corporate settings, two worship teams serve in corporate worship on Sunday Mornings and Wednesday evenings. For those with more of a techy flair, the sound board and visuals (PowerPoint & Easy Worship) are a great place to get involved in music. Please see Pastor Steve  for more information.

Community service

  • Stepping Stones Outreach: Occurs on Wednesday evenings in downtown Anacortes, and at area parks and beaches, from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. A willingness to meet people, converse, listen, and pray, is all you need to be a part of this exciting outreach opportunity.

  • The Brick: A quarterly event, in which we purchase and prepare a hot meal for our residents in downtown Anacortes. A typical Sunday evening includes multiple ways to get involved: Food prep and serving, personal conversations and ministry, and music.  We meet at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (1300 - 9th St.) at 4:00 pm, and finish clean up by 6:00.
